I called Bushor's to get an estimate on trimming back a tree. I made an appointment and 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment, a very rude receptionist gave me a call and said that Mr. Bushor had been to my residence and that it would be a month and a half before he could do anything. I was confused because no one came to my house, and if it was indeed going to be a month and a half before any work could be done, why didn't they tell me that on the phone and save me the bother of being home to meet them? I could have easily just called another tree surgeon for another estimate. Their unprofessionalism has certainly lost them my business. I do not recommend Bushor's Tree Surgeon by any means.
