I brought my Volt in for a wellness check. The service dept got me in right on schedule and finished up a little faster than they forecast. Meanwhile, I relaxed in the comfy lounge area and drank their good (and free!) coffee. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. I'll be back. more

I am growing increasingly weary of Burien Chevrolet. They were great when I was spending a lot of money on a new car, but now I am getting more frustrated with the lack of good customer service. I now understand clearly that your "A" game does not exist on the weekends. I brought my car in for it's regularly scheduled oil change this past weekend and mentioned that I had a noise towards the back of the vehicle, "sounds like something might be loose," I said. I asked if that could be checked while the car was up having the tires rotated. Without making eye contact, Don said, "no, we only have oil techs on today." Really? They can't even eyeball the muffler or for goodness sake touch it to see if it's loose and then I could make an appointment to bring it in later????? I mentioned that it is very difficult to bring my car in on the weekdays because we both work and have one car between us. No reply. Then I mentioned I guess I will take it to my regular mechanic (prior to buying a new car) for regular maintenance and excellent customer service. It was then Don said they could provide either shuttle service or a rental. Would that have been so hard to say in the beginning...not to mention making eye contact??? more
