Unethical Management - Fraudulent Charges 8/12/2011

This location is convenient and the quotes are lower than U-Haul, but be aware that the management at this location is not ethical. I rented two trucks from this location and both bills included charges that were not approved and were fraudulent. I would not recommend this location and would strongly urge anyone that is using this location to return the truck during business hours and pay close attention to the final bill. more
