Well to start I had my breasts and nose done by Dr. Buckspan. I chose him because he was voted ""Best Nip and Tuck"" by the Nashville Scene. Its been a year since my surgery and I have to say I am about average on how I feel about the results. My breast implants look ok... one has moved really far to the middle and to get fixed will cost me the price of the surgery again! I have read alot about it on the web and they say it is a result of poor pocket placement by the doctor. Since implants are not natural I cant say that is the problem. It may just be the way my body is adjusting to them. As far as my nose I am less than pleased. I had a ""tip"" surgery but it is barely noticeable and is only small difference at the tip but sitll big everywhere else. Looks like some invisible person is pintching the tip of my nose but the rest is bulky. I should have went with the full nose but it was recommended to me to do just the tip first. A lot of money was spent to have the results I have now and they are average to below average. As far as the staff they are all wonderful! However after my week later doctors visit to remove the stitches from my nose I have never heard from them again. I would think 12K and a year later they would atleast check in and take before and after photos?? The whole experience was definitly different than what I was expecting. All in all I am please and my boyfriend loves my breasts but I am really scared that my breasts are too close together (there is no space between them- two implants right next to each other!) and my mom doesnt even know I got my nose done cause its really no change at all ( I never told here I got the tip refined but she has never even noticed!!) It basically looks the same but just a little more weird.... I think after reading other reviews of other doctors I would have researched more and went with a different doctor.

Cons: no follow up, rushed consultation, no time with doctor
