I had an appointment scheduled between 10am and noon. They never showed. When calling at 1230 to find out where they were, Mr. Brown told me he had sent the job out to another individual, he didn't know where this other guy was or why the repair hadn't been done yet, and that was that.
After another three hours of putting my life on hold, I tried calling again. After being hung up on several times, he finally answered. I was again told that he should have been there already and he did not know why the repair hadn't been done.
I tried calling again at 445, and again after several hang-ups, I was told, ""Quick F&CKING calling me! I'm busy on another job. I don't know where he is or why he isn't there. Just quit F&CKING calling me, man!""
Who in their right mind, in a customer dependent business could ever get off swearing at a customer and tell them to quit calling them? That speaks of lack of respect and a ""Who Cares"" attitude about his customers and his work.
