Great Experience 10/21/2011

I was scheduled for a desperately needed appt on Monday, Oct. 17, 2011. At noon on that day I received a call from B-D explaining the Kristy W was called away for a family emergency. While I appreciate those circumstances and work in an environment in which we have had to cancel to change people's appointments, my roots were so bad I didn't think I could wait another week. Thankfully, Kathy agreed to take my appt at the same as I was scheduled with Kristy. She was extremely accommodating and good natured. On top of all that she gave me a great haircut & great color. I decided that is rather nice to have a "back-up" stylist should an "emergency" situation (either mine or yours) arise again. Kudos to Kathy more

I've been going to Brown and DeLine since the beginning following Shannon DeLine to her new place. When Shannon left I was fortunate to have Cathy Brown take over. She has been exceptional and I love her positive attitude and up beat manner whenever I see her. She knows my hair and always gives a great cut and being around her positive energy is a bonus! more
