I was scheduled for a desperately needed appt on Monday, Oct. 17, 2011. At noon on that day I received a call from B-D explaining the Kristy W was called away for a family emergency. While I appreciate those circumstances and work in an environment in which we have had to cancel to change people's appointments, my roots were so bad I didn't think I could wait another week. Thankfully, Kathy agreed to take my appt at the same as I was scheduled with Kristy. She was extremely accommodating and good natured. On top of all that she gave me a great haircut & great color. I decided that is rather nice to have a "back-up" stylist should an "emergency" situation (either mine or yours) arise again. Kudos to Kathy
