I was about to cut my own hair on Saturday, but called to see if Jackie G. was available and I was told to come right in. I got my eyebrows done and my haircut most graciously. I love going here but the prices are so expensive that I have to limit how much I come. I would love to get my hair done every 4-6 weeks like they say but I would never be able to afford that. more

Great appointment for 2 with Laura! 8/4/2011

Laura took plenty of time to discuss several options with me, as I was unsure of what I wanted to do with my hair. She did a great job with the cut and style and told me to contact her if I had any trouble styling it myself. She talked to my daughter about what she wanted and double checked as she was cutting. She styled it as normal, and then added in a special braid and barrettes. My daughter loves to get her hair done with Laura! more

My thoughts regarding purchase of products... 8/4/2011

As always, I had another great experience with Laura. Brown and DeLine is a very classy salon and I always feel welcome there! For that, I thank you! But I have to voice my opinion on one thing though....As I was buying my products, as I always do, I was told IF I bought one more Morrocan product, I would get a FREE bag..I did but after thinking about it, with the three items I had already chosen at OVER $100, the bag should have been given to me anyways! Especially when the products are close to the same price as my service! And the bag isn't that great anyways. I would of rather had a bag that said , "BROWN and DELINE" instead. Or maybe your salon could have a "frequent buyer" program and customers could get items at a percentage off for buying products... Just sayin' :) more

I've been coming to B&D for years. Won't go anywhere else (unless Shannon R. goes somewhere else). Yesterday, I thought the salon looked like a mess. I know it was first thing on a Sunday morning, but the waiting area shelves were a disaster. Products looked like they were thrown on the shelves, there were ring spots on the shelves from other peoples drinks. One guy (Jack?) was making phone calls, and the rest of the front desk (even the facial chick) were just standing around blabbing about other people. It just didn't feel as special as it usually does. but don't worry, as long as you hang on to shannon, I'll be back !! more

Salon is clean. Front desk receptionists are helpful and efficient. Sarah runs a tight ship and always available to welcome clients. Jackie does a great job coordinating events and updates for teaching the stylists new techniques/product use. I have been a client for twenty years. I have recommended Brown and Deline to all family, friends and others that ask where I get my hair done. more

I have been his client for the past 2 years! I love the color,cut and style that I just got last week...I'm sure he loves the fact that I am very open to his suggestions and my willingness to let him "experiment"! The BEST part of the service is the wonderful scalp massage that he provides when he washes your hair! ;-) more

I came in for a cut and style and was totally pampered! The scalp massage was so relaxing and the individualized care given to me was so appreciated! Josh gave me tips on how to style my hair and the best products to use to achieve my desired look. What a professional! Already have scheduled my next appointment! more
