I've been coming to B&D for years. Won't go anywhere else (unless Shannon R. goes somewhere else). Yesterday, I thought the salon looked like a mess. I know it was first thing on a Sunday morning, but the waiting area shelves were a disaster. Products looked like they were thrown on the shelves, there were ring spots on the shelves from other peoples drinks. One guy (Jack?) was making phone calls, and the rest of the front desk (even the facial chick) were just standing around blabbing about other people. It just didn't feel as special as it usually does. but don't worry, as long as you hang on to shannon, I'll be back !!
