I just took my lexus rx400h in here to get some body repair work done and I had the best experience ever! They are so genuinely nice and professional! They have extremely reasonable prices for exceptional work! This place is the best! My car looks brand new!!! I recommend this place over ANY other! more

I came out of Target one day to find my passenger rear door had some huge scratches against it. After trying to take it out by using some scratch remover products & failing miserably, I took the car into a place nearby for an estimate...$650! This was with a discount! I found out from friends that this is a pretty standard rate as they needed to repaint the entire door b/c the scratches were deep. I figured at this point, if it's going to cost me $650 to take out scratches, I'll just take it to my dealership. I called my Acura dealer to set up an appt. They referred me to Brown Bros b/c they handle all of their bodyshop work. Before I got to Brown Bros, I noticed that the lower left front of my bumper had some deep scratches prob from when I drove off of a curb one day in a really tight driveway w/another car. It looked like that also caused the front left bumper area to go slightly out of place. I was't looking forward to the price when I dropped it off, but they gave me an estimate of $523...for everthing! Obviously, I am super satisfied. My car came back looking great. And they gave it a car wash. Turns out my car was literally rear ended not 8 days later. I'm beginning to think people have it out for my car! Guess I'll be taking it back to Brown Bros. one more time. Be sure to ask for Terry...he's the manager! He was very helpful & made the whole process super easy. more

QUALITY, AFFORDABILITY, SERVICE - it's all here!!!\r \r The first time I came here, I was referred by my Acura dealership. Their work was great, car looked like new, and insurance covered it all. \r \r A few years later, I scraped my Lexus against a pole and went to the body shop recommended by the Lexus dealership (they also own the body shop) and was given an outrageous quote of $1700. I wanted to pay out of pocket so I had to shop around. I received 4 other estimates and Brown Brothers was the most reasonable. It was the second lowest price (the lowest only guaranteed the work for a year - no way!!!) but Brown Brothers was able to give me a fantastic price - $1000 - and lifetime warranty! They also hooked me up with a cheap Hertz rental. I've driven around town, now I know the next time I have body shop work that needs to get done, I found my go-to place. more

THEY SAVED MY BABY!!!\r \r It may seem like an odd way to begin a review, but Brown Brothers saved my ""Bessie."" While it may seem weird for a 17 year old male to become so attached to an old 1994 Acura Integra with over 200,000 miles on it, the unvarnished truth is that, ""Bessie"" a.k.a. my car, carries a lot of memories for me as it used to be my aunts car that she drove me around in all the time while i was growing up. Now it may seem right at this point to call me a bit over sentimental, but this is not the main idea of this review. Anyway, the point is that ""Bessie"" is afire piece of machinery, who is still going strain despite her age. So naturally I was a bit disappointed and scared when I was involved in a collision that damaged my right fender as well as a bit of the front of my car. Finishing up high school and graduation already had me at a considerable level of stress, I feared that having an accident was just going to add to this. I really didn't know what to expect when I first drove my car up to the Brown Brother's parking lot, but I think I had this idea in my head that all body shop owners we're going to be akin to the stereotypical ""used car salesman"" and try to swindle me into some outrageous deal. The first 5 minutes changed all that. Grant, the agent who walked me through the entire process, was not just helpful, he was honest, upfront, friendly, and he even helped to explain the entire process of going through the insurance company to me. At Brown Brothers I felt that I was more than a customer, I felt that I was family. Grant took care of all the trouble of going through the insurance company and slicing through the red tape. I had absolutely no stress through the entire process Brown brothers took care of everything. This brings me to one point that I can not stress enough. When Grant first looked at the damage to my car, he was honest, saying that he didn't know if he could for sure save my car. I was really opposed to just taking a check from the insurance company so I asked Grant what he could do. He said that he would look into it, and lo and behold, I got my car back in a very reasonable time and now it looks better than ever!!! In conclusion, I would feel no doubt in saying that Brown Brothers is the best body shop in the Los Angeles area. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they also took all the stress off my back, and they provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I ever had. more

took my wife's Lexus to Scott, at Brown Bros, following excellent reviews on Yelp. she had damaged 2 door panels, rear bumper and had deep scratches on other panels. Scott spent a lot of time checking the car and provided advice for the repair and a very detailed estimate. I very much liked his approach ( professional, knowledgable and friendly) and accepted his quote. the car was ready on time, perfect in every way and deep cleaned inside and out....as said by others the car looked like new and the paint matching was fantastic\r I have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending Brown Bros for superb client service combined with modern technology and great results. have already related my experience to several friends and i will not go anywhere else for car body work when needed........this is a really good honest business and deserves support more

Grant and Scott are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Within minutes, the paint from the other car was buffed off. They were able to repair all the damage with a quick turnaround so I wasn't without a car long. This is the second time I have come here--I wish that I had known about them earlier since other places either do shoddy work, charge a fortune, or take forever. more

the car looked better than new. In addition to an excellent repair job, they detailed my car inside and out, and gave it a buffing and waxing which smoothed out the orange peal present in areas they didnt even work on. a friend referred me over to Brown Brothers saying they do great work. The day I brought my car in they wrote me an estimate, had it printed, and in my hands in minutes. They explained all my options to me and advised me on any pos or cons. At the same time they had arranged a pickup by a local car rental place so I could get on with my day. They told me that the car was going to be complete on Thursday afternoon around 3pm. Thursday morning they phoned me and informed me the car would be ready by noon if I wanted to grab it on my lunch. more

Talk about pimp my ride!?! i must say, i was really worried that my klunker would never be the same after my accident. i was so amazed with the end result that i almost thought they slipped me a new car. detailed and all, maybe accidents are blessings in disguise after all.... not really. it was seriously hard to imagine that just a couple of weeks ago, my trunk was literally pushed in a few feet and i was unable to drop my top. so happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Brown Brothers! more

We have used Brown Bros 3 times in the last 15 years...and they have always been stellar. Having to take your car in to get fixed is never fun, but they are so nice and trustworthy - can't recommend them highly enough -- I got 3 estimates - 2 were practically identical (Brown Bros and Collision Craft) and one was crazy ($1,000 more than the other 2 - see my review for LA CarGUY) and we went with Brown Bros and were extremely pleased. more
