These guys are excellent! I went there to buy a car stereo and install it. I have 2002 Honda Accord. I was gonna sell my car and buy a new car last month but I decided to wait 2 years more. So I wanted to buy a car stereo which can connect with my IPod. But I don't need an expensive one cuz it's only for 2yrs. I bookmarked this place long time ago. I googled this place and was surprised at their great reviews.\r \r Before I got there, I was little curious about them. How could they get perfect compliments?! Now I know why they got so many great reviews\r \r I bought n installed Sony and aux cable. I can connect my IPod and play radio app from my phone,like Pandora. \r \r And these guys are so friendly and nice. My English is not that good but they explained to me kindly so I could choose what I exactly want.\r \r Highly recommend this place and these guys! more

I was a bit skeptical with so many reviews and great reviews, but all the reviews were correct. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon to have a head unit and camera installed. Pricing was fair and service was excellent. I was quoted both high and low end options and they did not try and upsell to the more expensive model. I bought only what I needed. They had my truck in and out in a little over 2hrs. \r \r While waiting for my trunk to be finished I got to observe their interactions with other customers and everyone was treated as royally as I was. I will be definitely be back if I ever need any audio work done again and will recommend these guys to all of my friends. more

It's so refreshing to find a business that prides itself on customer service. I needed the front speakers replaced in my SUV. Could I have done it myself? Sure. I would have done some research, found some speakers with good reviews, bought from amazon waited a couple days for delivery, pulled the door panels off, found out they didn't fit my vehicle, returned them, waited, found out there's another part I need, waited again.... you get the idea.\r \r I figured I'd save myself a world of frustration, so I went to these guys and they found great replacement speakers, gave me some different options and an audio demo so I could decide for myself. No hard up-sell. The price on the speakers was lower than amazon, and they had me out of there in about an hour and a half. They even had to do some slight modifications to install the tweeters and adjusted the price on the speakers DOWN so I didn't pay any extra.\r \r You're in good hands with Brooklyn Car Audio. They're straight-up professional, extremely knowledgeable, with good prices on equipment and install..... oh and FAST! I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Had a great experience from beginning to end. As soon as I walked in the storefront, Junior was assisting me with my choices for car alarm and car stereo (I'm a stickler for immediate customer service so this was already a big plus). I had a ton of questions and wanted viable options and he was more than happy to answer my questions. They offer you the best options for your situation. Once I made my decision for both items, he provided me with an upfront quote that included parts and installation. \r \r I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I came in that morning and was greeted by Junior. He verified my appointment and gave me a time frame for installation. The installation was complete well within the given time frame. When I arrived, Junior was there to greet me again. He said there were a few unexpected installation issues but reassured me they were handled appropriately. Then, he had individual technicians explain the new car stereo and its features and then all the car alarm features. They answered every question I had and left me feeling very satisfied. I've had several cars with aftermarket installations before and Find It All was by far the most detailed and courteous customer service I have received. High recommend this place for sure! more

Had a cd receiver and component speaker set installed in my 13 year old Honda. Floyd helped me pick everything out to meet my needs and budget. He was completely honest and didn't try to upsell me on something I wasn't interested in. The quality of work was top notch and it didn't matter that it was an old Honda and not a new Porsche even though they were also working on a Panamera and a Cayenne while I was there. Before I left, he told me that if I wasn't satisfied for any reason to come back and he would take care of the problem.\r \r 3 weeks later I called and mentioned a rattling noise coming from the faceplate that wouldn't go away. He then spent 45 minutes pulling the stereo out to install foam to silence the rattle. This was all included in their warranty free of charge.\r \r This is truly one of the most honest businesses I've come across in a long time. Don't hesitate to come here for anything stereo, alarm or tint related. I've told my friends to come here because these guys deserve the business. I'll definitely be coming back to get my rear speakers replaced. more

I'm not one to frequent car stereo locations, but I do know exceptional customer service. We show up, took in the car stereo we had already purchased online and they took the car right away, no appointment and said it would be ready in a few hours. \r \r When we went to pick up the car, the guy took me into the car and explained everything about the stereo; how to set it up with your iPod, all the extra functions, etc. He then went to his car and grabbed a USB he had which was full of music he had downloaded onto it to show me that you can also plug in a USB and listen to your music from there, which is a really cool function. \r \r It's really extra touches like that, which set businesses apart and which in part is why I'm sure this place has great reviews. We've since gone back once to replace an antenna and were treated with the same great service. more

When I saw how many reviews they had, I was totally skeptical that a company could be so on top of it and let me tell you, the reviews don't lie. \r \r I am literally sitting in one of their chairs outside waiting for my window tint to dry and I was compelled to write this. \r \r It's starts when you walk in and Junior greets you. You just feel that you are in good hands and that your concerns are his concerns. He was very honest in what he thought would be a good grade of tint for me but still allowed me to make what I thought was the best decision. \r \r They have a groupon deal right now but I would have gladly paid full price. I will tell everyone I know. \r \r Oh yeah, the staff was amazing as well and super friendly, I forgot to add that. These guys were fast and really helpful. more

This is a great place to install sound systems, window tints, kill switches, and alarms. I've came here with three of my cars and they have done an amazing job. They have tinted all three of my cars and never had a problem. Installed a sound system on one of them and a killed switched and they working very well. They do have different kind of films with difference UV deflection, obviously the more you pay they more warranty it has and the more UV it reflects. This is obviously my go to place and will definitely be coming back installing a navi and the rear view camera. \r \r GO TO THESE GUYS!!!! The customer service is the BEST!!! more

I looked all over and everyone gave me the run around. I happen to call this place and go over what I wanted installed. Junior was very helpful over the phone. He did not try and change my mind on what I wanted, he only took my idea and maximized the limitations. The customer service is great. I had (2) 12 inch subs, double din radio, (2) 6.5 component speakers, (2) 6x9, an equalizer, an alarm and (2) amps. The install is so clean and the prices are way affordable. Also, if something goes wrong or u have questions about the install Junior will gladly talk it over on the phone or fit u in ASAP!!! Great great great customer service!!! I will be going back for custom work. :) more

I recommend this audio shop compared to all the others Excellent service, and great products. I took my Altima here for a complete system, sounds amazing and haven't had a complaint to give. What I loved most about the shop was the amount of care they give towards your vehicle. Things weren't right behind the dash and they ended up fixing the problems without even charging for them. That's what I call service at its finest.\r Much love to the shop. more

I don't usually write reviews but I felt that the service here was top notch. \r First of the staff here are very friendly and was able to answer all my questions and to take the time with me. They are able to do same day services here and also make custom boxes. Junior was very friendly and was able help me find what I needed. If you want to find a good deal this place is the place to be. Not like other places where they will charge u an arm and a leg for their products. more

I love them!!! Not only do they have the friendliest employees, but they also have the fastest service AND they know what they are doing.\r \r The owner will NOT let you buy something that doesn't make sense for your car even if it will means he loses out on money. He will find the perfect sound system for you. I showed up wanting either a cd to be removed from my (factory) stereo or to have it set up to where I could play songs off my phone thru my stereo. The gentleman was great at assisting me with what it was wanting. They were able to get my car right in and did an amazing job. But they did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable and they showed me how to work my new setup. I recommend them to ALL my friends. more

For sometime now I have been on the market for a bluetooth/iPod compatible radio. After a few bad experiences with eBay I decided not to pay twice and just goto a specialist. Living in Brooklyn I have many options to purchase electronics. After speaking to my friend (a gadget buff) Proline came highly recommended.
