Deadbolts for a good price 10/22/2011

No coming close 7/16/2011

I have had the pleasure of hireing them on a number of different times. Of all the locksmith companies I have used they are the best. Their locksmiths are always punctual and always professional. There is no coming close to them. more

Outrageous charges, unjustifiable 6/23/2011

I called them late one evening because a bathroom door lock had become stuck (with somebody inside!). To their credit, they showed up within half an hour. It took the fellow five minutes to jimmy open the lock. The charge was an incredible $380 -- $55 for the service call and $325 (!!!) for the five minutes worth of work. I understand that a quick late-night call is valuable, but this was an absurd and unjustifiable charge. I have called and written to complain about the absurd charges but there has been no response. I would never use them again ? and warn everyone against using them. more

Great locksmith!! 4/19/2011

Locked myself out of the house while getting the paper. Stuck outside in my bathrobe isn't too cool. My neighbor recommended these guys and They really came to the house in the 25 minutes as promised and got my door open without a scratch. Great company and prices are on point.. more

I have used many locksmiths before and I have to tell you that this is by far the best one. They are right on time and have very intelligent people working for them. They took the time to show me which locks would be best to have installed on my home. I love them!! more

A good experience 4/7/2011

When I locked myself out of my car a friend gave me their phone number. Everything went smoothly. The locksmith came on time and easily unlocked the door for me. I am a very satisfied customer. more

Happy I used them 3/29/2011

I needed dead bolts installed and found Brookline Locks on the internet. I called them and was very happy with there customer service. They sent me a locksmith that came on time with a smile. He installed deadbolts for me fast. The locks work perfectly. more

They are awesome!! 3/23/2011

This company was able to make me a new ignition key for my car faster and cheaper than the dealer after I dropped down a storm drain. Talk about smooth moves. It was one of those keys with the chip and they had no problem cutting and programming it right on the spot. Great service even better prices.. more
