Getting better 6/16/2010

This place used to be really bad but they've been renovating the units and got new management that got rid of the bad people. The location is great, I love being in Brookside and close to the interstate so I can get places quickly. The apartments are huge and with an open layout so i think its fair priced. I wish there was covered parking available and the place still needs a little work but it's coming along. Pros: renovation, manager, location, fair price Cons: still need some work, no covered parking more

Renovation getting done & new management 6/15/2010

They've been renovating this place for a while now and they're finally getting done. My apartment is great. It has new carpet, paint, tile, counters, etc and is huge. The old owner/manager let this place get run down but the new ones are on top of it. I just wish it had a pool or something. Pros: renovated, large apartment, fair price Cons: not much amentities more
