Broadview Auto Svc

was problem with muffler. It was repaired for $87, what i was happy. But the problem with muffler started in 3 weeks. I don't believe this poor international guys. I am sorry. I don't recommend these guys to anybody. Don't waste your money (even if they cheaper then other), no sens i had to spend again to repair my muffler more

My daughter bought a car from an Auto body guy on January 11th. She paid $2300 for the car. 10 days ago she calls that she has broken down, thankfully in her own driveway. It was a Sunday night. The next morning I had it towed to Broadview Auto Service and spoke with John, the manager, about taking a look at it for me. Needless to say, 10 days later, and $1800 in major engine valve replacements, timing belt and ball bearing repairs, my daughter has a great running car. John and his great mechanics worked efficiently and quickly to get the car done. He called us nearly every day with an update or to give us details of their performance and what step we were at in the repair process. Never did a single step without our consent. He even took me and my husband in the back of the garage to show us the engine heads and explained in detail all about the new valves and what had went wrong with hers. All the employees at BASC are super friendly and professional. Always have a smile. I have a private mechanic, who was too far away to take this to, and every price that was quoted from BASC was right on and fair. After 10 days of labor, even that price was highly reasonable. I would recommend this service center to everyone!! Great job John and company :) more

I was driving from my home in Kansas City, MO to Cooperstown, NY. Somewhere outside Columbus, I began to hear an awful noise coming from my trucks front end. I had a reservation at a hotel near Parma and when I arrived late in the evening I Googled auto repair in Cleveland. One of the first hits I received was for Broadview Auto Service. Ironically the hit was the local Better Business Bureau listing for Broadview. I was able to limp my truck over to their shop early the next morning. They got me in immediately, had my truck on the lift and diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. They had the part on hand and charged a reasonable mark up fee, like every shop or service does. Thats just a part of doing business. The guys at Broadview had me out of there in one hour and 15 minutes. I was thrilled. It's not a good feeling to be driving halfway across the country and have car trouble....believe me. Especially with your 12 year old son and headed for the Cooperstown Dreams Park (kind of like Disney World of baseball tournaments) I was very pleased with Broadview and even though I will probably never be there again (since I am from Kansas City) I would highly recommend them based on my personal experience. Thank you very much John and your staff! You made a stressful experience a lot better. more

His employees snort coke in the back, then cut wires under the hood of your car. he is dishonest, overcharges, and lies thru his teeth...\r Dont use him or his scammer shop, he sure dosent have any knowledge with mercedes or land rover, he just says that cuz he marks up the parts 100%\r more

NOT A VERY GOOD MECHANIC. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM, HE OVERCHARGES FOR NORMAL REPAIRS, AND HIS SHORT STUBBY MECHANIC SCREWS UP PUTTING BRAKES ON. more

Excellent for general car service. Very knowledgeable, very fair price, fix things right the first time. They fix your car like it was their own that their wife or child would be driving. I take all my cars to them. Even good with less common foreign cars such as Mercedes, Land Rover. more
