Five star quality and service - worth every dime! 3/23/2009

This hotel is beautiful - the rooms were gorgeous, huge bathtubs, double sinks, very nicely appointed. Variety of restaurants throughout the hotel - loved the espresso bar with fresh croissants and delicious coffee. The Hotel Bar has a great outdoor patio with a fireplace. The Tavern is very nice for dinner, especially when the orchestra is playing - great food! Overall, I was most impressed with the quality of service in this hotel - no snootiness here! Only friendly smiles and super quick willingness to help. Will not hesitate to come back and recommend to friends! Pros: Beautiful rooms, great service Cons: Can get pricy on the weekends more

One of the Best 1/21/2004

The Broadmoor Hotel Spa is one of the best we have been to and exemplifies the entire experience at the Broadmoor: relaxation, indulgance. The Penrose Room has a great ambiance, serves incredible dishes and provides impecable service. This is not your value hotel, but you will remember your experience! Pros: Spa, Service, Room Cons: Price more

Elegant & Luxurious 1/9/2003

My family has stayed at the Broadmoor several times and we have been impressed by this elegant and luxurious hotel. The service has been impeccable and the accommodations are lavish. We have never been disappointed at the Broadmoor. Treat yourself to a nice relaxing stay! Pros: The fun Golden Bee!, Wonderful Spa, Great Pool Cons: Dinner reservations more

Relaxing 12/15/2002

It's a great place to go visit, even for a day. You don't have to stay in the Hotel to enjoy the Broadmoor's surroundings. I used to go there as a kid to feed the ducks and eat huge ice cream treats! Also check out the fine chocolate store. Yum! Pros: Beautiful, Plenty to do., Good Food Cons: Expensive more

scenic splendor 11/29/2002

The ""hotel of vice"" 11/29/2002

The Broadmoor is a very beautiful, spacious, and service oriented resort. When we arrived, there was a contingent of police and secret service personnel throughout the property, as the vice president of the United States was staying there! Our room had all the amenities you would expect from a deluxe property. The staff could not have been more helpful, as several of them spent time giving us recommendations, and/or helping us in the many gift stores on property. The grounds are very well maintained, and the fitness center/spa was top notch. Pros: spacious grounds, accomodating staff, wonderful mattresses Cons: layout confusing, very expensive more

WOW 11/12/2002

Stayed their 2 years ago - Wow that wonderful -felt like I was worth something more

It's okay 9/3/2002

The view was awesome - and the grounds were well maintianed. Although I did not like the South Rooms - They were Holiday Inn quality. If you can afford to go - I would recommend and up grade of the room to a suite - or maybe I just got a bad room. There is a pond in the center of the grounds with a walkway around and a little isand where you can feed ducks. Most wonderful memories just walking around. The restaurants served wonderful food and great desserts. Overall service and atmosphere very pleasing but room was dissapointing more

Have you seen this place! 8/27/2002

The Hotel 7/26/2002

We spent a ""spa"" weekend at the Broadmoor in June and couldn't have had a better time. The spa was wonderful, the restaurants and bars were awesome and our room was perfect. We still talk about going back for a ""spa weekend"" every week. more
