Bridal Suite

I went to this shop and found a gown that I loved. It was really expensive so I decided to sleep on it because I hadn't expected to spend so much of my budget on my gown. I decided to do some research and discovered that the "exclusive/private label" dress they were trying to sell me was actually a name brand designer that was available through a ton of other stores! They wanted $3600 for a gown I found for $800. Needless to say, I didn't feel like getting ripped off so I took my business elsewhere. Nice try. Pros: feels fancy schmancy! The shop is very nice and the dresses are nice but the Owner? She is rude, she has overly impressed herself with her own title. I had no budget, skies the limit, and was so excited to find the perfect dress but left her shop disgusted and angry. I think there are just too many bridal shops to have to suffer at her hands.............her shop was featured in that TLC show where friends/family did the wedding in five days blah blah blah, who cares..........I was there for my moment! The store was great at first and the sales associate was very welcoming. My family and I began to search for the perfect dress and were having much luck...until the owner of the store came in and told the sales associate, in front of us, that she needed to get us out of her store because she had another appointment coming in and that appointments only last an hour. We were treated poorly and as if we did not belong in her store. This was the worst service I had ever received from any store owner. I was appalled and mortified that the owner would treat a potential buyer the way she treated us. I would never recommend this shop to any of my friends and I have reported this shop. I purchased my wedding gown at this shop, and was told it was designed but an "exclusive, private label designer" who only sold to a few select shops in the country. I was suspicious that I couldn't find out anything about the designer online, but I was told by the shop that he didn't even have a website because he was secretive about his designs and didn't want anyone copying them. Two weeks before my dress came in, I discovered by stumbling across a photo online that my dress was actually made by a MAJOR BRIDAL LABEL and it was on their best-seller list! Worse, The Bridal Suite charged me almost THREE TIMES more than multiple other salons were selling the dress for. The Bridal Suite removed the original tag and put their own in the dress. I had to fight hard for a partial reimbursement of my 60% deposit before I walked out with the dress. It was incredibly stressful and definitely NOT what I wanted my wedding gown experience to be. this store is mainly by appointment only. they carry many dresses, but not many of the high-end designers. you won't see dresses by vera wang or amsale, but they carry many other smaller designer companies and the dresses are good quality and many are very unique-looking. good customer service here, the girls are very attentive and helpful. shoes, veils and tiaras (if that's your thing) are available here too. The level of service was a nice surprise. They're very knowledgable with what looked the best on my body type. I bought a gown I would have never asked to try on! The Bridal Suite exceeded my expectations both in selection and service. The owner is so knowledgable as to what would look great on me! Not only does The Bridal Suite carry the most exquisite dresses, most of which you cannot find anywhere else, but the proprietor, Angelica, and her staff echo the store's elegance and good taste. If you are looking for an elegant salon with a great selection of beautiful dresses, you have arrived. I went in to try a dress on not knowing that you had to have an appointment. The very sweet sales associate, Annie, found a few minutes in between her appointments for me to try the dress on. I thought that was very accommodating. I made appointments for my next 3 visits. I felt no sales pressure and it didn't seem to matter that I tried the same dress on 4 times before buying it. You won't find bargains here for new dresses, but you will find excellent customer service and beautiful, exclusive dresses. 15% off shoes, bridesmaid dresses and invitations too if you buy your bridal gown there. Fabulous selection of traditional and non-traditional bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. GG and crew have a very comfortable, non-intimidating environment. One stop shopping for the entire bridal party, wedding (and baby) announcements and unique keepsake items. Don't expect to find bargins here, but you will get your money's worth!
