I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service!!! There are too many other places that do a much better job. Do not let yourself be disappointed by using this business! more

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! ITS A SCAM!!! We ordered bridesmaids dresses from them 8 months ago and a week before the wedding the so called dresses arrive and they were FAKE and COUNTERFEITER merchandise that they are trying to pass off as something they really ordered, The dresses didn't have any tags of the designer and looked as though someone was just learning to sew the night before these were $200.00 dresses we ordered. Needless to say they didn't apologize or try to make sense of the mess they created and had 5 bridesmaids scrambling the week before the wedding to find dresses off the rack. DO NOT LET this be you and save your time and money and just don't go to them more

Sweet little shop but very helpful 2/11/2008

This was actually my first stop when I went shopping for my wedding dress. I tried on several and the lady was very sweet and listened to what I was looking for. She never asked me to try on anything that I didn't want. I really liked several that I tried on and even though I didn't buy for that shop I did enjoy the experience and it gave me a great start on my search for the perfect Wedding dress. more

Best Bridal shop in Middle Tennessee 1/20/2008

This is the best Bridal shop in Middle Tennessee. They have been in business for near 30 years and know what they are doing. I had a dilema with another bridal shop because they never ordered my wedding gown and it was less than two months before my wedding and a week before my bridal portraits. I went to Bridal Country and they were so NICE, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, and SUPER SWEET to work with. They stayed late with me one evening and did not have a problem with it. I found my dress which was an ALLURE gown, the best prices around town. Allure gowns are beautiful if you have never looked at them. Anyway, they contacted the company , luckily my gown was in stock and got it to me 3 days. They had my alterations and shoes died just in time for my portraits, which was the next week!!. I could not have asked for a more pleasant store to work with. It might be a small shop, BUT DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE IT'S QUALITY AND SERVICE. THEY CERTIANLY MADE MY DAY SPECIAL AND STRESS FREE!! I would not look any further after visiting BRIDAL COUNTRY. more

They were very helpful in selecting my dress. I described what I was looking for in a dress and found severeal from me to choose. They were not only honest, which most people are not but very service oriented and veryhelpful in making things work with alterations you wouldn't see possible. They have quite the eye and are very proffesional. more

nice place 11/13/2005

This is a darling home town buisness. They used to be joined with "Wilson's photography" I am not sure if they still do that or not. They have bridal wear and all types of formal wear that you can purchase or rent for a decent fee. They are very nice and right in the middle of town on the main drag. more

prom dresses 11/11/2005

This is a really great small town dress shop you can find some really unique dresses that you couldnt find elsewhere. they also do alterations and they do a great job on those. They sell everything you need for prom or for getting married. they sell everthing from jewelry to vails. It would eb a good idea to take a look in here if your looking for something extra special. more
