Best Body Shop In Town!!! 1/13/2010

I have to say Surrinder and Alphie are some of the friendliest and most honest guys I know in the business. They are a joy to work with and they stick by their word! I took my Civic in to get to areas fixed. One being a dent on the frame under my passenger side door and the other being a marage of dents on my back hatch and a gash in my bumper left by a hit and run. Other places that looked at my car gave me estimates between $1500 and $2000 to fix the damage but Bratch's took a look and gave me an estimate that was less then $999 including the tax! I picked my car up today and I was astounded at the work. I literally could not tell that the two areas had ever been damaged and the blending performed to match the rest of my paint was perfect. Regardless of light it looks as it did the day it rolled off the facctory floor. I highly reccomend these guys and you would be a fool to not include them when you are out estimate hunting! Just Awesome 1/5/2010

brought my late model Mercedes to the dealer for repair of minor frontend damage. The estimate of $1657 I thought was too expensive. After googling bodshops for my area, I ended up at Bratch. The very feel about this place is informal and easy-going. Surinder is probably one of those businessmen who wants to keep it brief, crisp and as cheap as possible for the same quality. Not only was their estimate $590 cheaper, their service was personal, work professional and the finished products outstanding. It was just a breeze -- like taking my car for a haircut! These guys are awesome. more

Two thumbs up 1/2/2010

Excellent Work? I took my car to get estimates at 6 local Autobody shops in Seattle after having a fender bender at work. The damage was minimal (someone backed into my car lightly while they were leaving and damaged my hood slightly on one corner). I decided to pay for this out of pocket as it was just a straightening. The 6 major shop I went to in Seattle were all writing estimates for $1500-2200 just to take the hood off, straighten, repaint and mask the car. I reviewed the estimates and 80% of the charge was all Labor. I could not believe it. A friend mentioned the name Bratch to me and I decided to drive by for an estimate. The guys there looked at my care throughly and said two things to me that immediately sold me on their quality and service. 1. We can fix this in about two days because the damage is minor. 2. It should be about $500-$600 and anyone who tells you more than that is taking you or your insurance company for a ride. I dropped my Car off that day and recieved it in two days in the most amazing I have ever seen. I could not even remember where the damage had been considering the work they did. Sorry to be long winded but this has to be one of the TOP Autobody shops in the city, hands down. Honest, hard-working, excellent quality, what more could you ask for!!! Thanks Bratch more

Can't go wrong with Bratch's! 6/3/2009

Up front, hard working, honest. You get the more than the dollar amount you pay. Tucked into the shadows of I-5 and Safeco Surinder and his crew have given me plenty of reasons to receive my business again and without any doubts-reccomend to anyone in need of quality auto body repair. more

Owner Surinder offers inexpensive, solid workmanship at Bratch's, highly recommended by other auto-related businesses in the South End as cheap, good, and fast. more
