I bought my alarm system from Brantley 1yr. ago. I had no problems what so ever, until my panel was flashing at me. I called their number and was plesently surprised when a live person answered. I recently had Brantley install my alarm system. I was browsing through the City Search, and for fun, clicked on their company. I was so amazed to find that they had a negative comment after having one of the best experiences ever with a service company, that I am compelled to write my own review. From the very beginning, my experience was great! I called their phone number and had a live person answer immediately without going through a zillion phone options. An appointment was set at my convenience, and a professional salesman showed up at my door. Not only was he knowledgeable about his services and products, he was cheerful and friendly. He worked with me to build a system that met my needs and also met my budget. He called his office and set an appointment for the installation to happen the next day. He went over the contract and explained every detail. The installation the next day went flawlessly. Everything that they said they were going to do has happened. I hope that my contrasting experience to the other one listed will be a positive reflection on the company that has helped me out so much!
