These people will charge for work not completed. Once ""completed"" they will not provide you with the documents necessary. Rude, unprofessional and nasty. Will also break confidences. In my case, they BARELY stopped short of informing the other party. You know in those movies where the PI goes to the party being investigated and asks for more money to ""buy"" the information collected on them? Avoid like the plague.
Pros: Willing to meet with you.
