I've worked out with trainers the last 10 years and I've never found anyone who could push me and encourage me the way Lee has. If you want to work hard, this is the place for you. YOU WILL GET RESULTS if you are willing to sweat. (Be prepared to be exhausted!....it's SO worth it.) more
