I think we were with Box-N-Go Storage for probably 2 years, maybe longer than that. They have a very clean facility, and they are always very courteous and willing to accommodate us. I used them for about 2 years and have been totally satisfied. When I have called they answer, are polite and helpful. They work with me and my schedule. The best was when I had them bring the box to unload and the young man went out of his way helping me carrying my stuff. Box-n-Go was the best storage service I have used. I have a very unpredictable schedule where I have to travel all the time and often have a lot of last minute things I have to take care of. Before my last long trip I had to store my bed and a few other pieces of furniture. I called two days before my flight, and they were able to work it all out, and got everything into storage very easily. Upon returning and having to access the box it was a very easy process. Everything was very accessible. Time to come and get stuff from the box was easy to schedule. And the people who worked at the location, one who's name was Michael Bernstein were very helpful in working with me to figure out a couple complicated problems with transportation for items in the box to be given away. Thank you very much to Box-n-go, I will certainly be using them again more

If you are moving to another major metropolitan area, this is definitely the way to move. Box-N-Go personnel in Los Angeles were friendly, helpful, timely. And there is no extortion at the other end to retrieve your belongings. What they say you will pay is accurate. Totally positive experience. more

I saw my neighbor using Box and Go several month ago when he was moving to NY. I decided to use it for storage (my brother's old LP collection, many boxes of records, and to my astonishment, I was able to fit my entire old bedroom set into one box. I still had room to add into the box. Extremely versatile and useful box and all this for $59 per month. On the day of the delivery the truck was 40 min late, I was late for a get together with my friends. The driver was great though, and gave me a free padlock for the box. Overall, I am glad I found Box-n-Go, I already visited my box at their place to add some more things to it. Expected to see some annoyed employees that you see at storage facilities, instead met the owner, and was impressed. I would buy stock at this company. Great service. more

I chose Box-N-Go for the convenience and because their prices are very reasonable. They provide quality service. Their customer service is excellent. They are always nice no matter when you call them. My experience with Box-N-Go has been better than I expected. I did not know that I was going to have my things in storage for as long as I have. With Box-N-Go, if you have your stuff in storage for a year, you get a bargain rate. It is a really good deal. In fact, it has helped and encouraged me to keep my stuff there. Otherwise, I would have been in a hurry to get it out. I feel that my things are secure and safe. I also have easy access to my stuff.
