Stopped in to check out a used bike they had for sale. Way way over priced for what it was. The sales guy was firm on the price. No wiggle. So I walked.

Poor Service Dept 9/20/2011

I have given up on these guys after having them screw up on 2 different bikes on pretty basic service and then get no interest from the service manager or owner to make good on their mechanic's mistakes. more

SBM Under New Owership - IMPRESSIVE 9/15/2010

You can disregard any reviews prior to May of 2010 because there are new owners at this dealership and there's a whole new vibe there. The staff in both the service and parts departments are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about any bike or boat. They offer free pick up from the surrounding Lompoc area and they even have after hours technical support, ALL FREE OF CHARGE! They are the real deal. more
