They're not as expensive as some in the area and they take great care of my dog. I've been taking him there for about 6 or 8 months now and everytime I've had a great experience. ...

Worst

The service is really poor. I think it is the staffing. In any event, I do not go there anymore. There are too many other places with good products AND good service.

They're fantastic! 8/7/2008

They're not as expensive as some in the area and they take great care of my dog. I've been taking him there for about 6 or 8 months now and everytime I've had a great experience. The people are nice, the place is clean and Rocco always ends up coming out looking fantastic!! I would highly recommend... more

Very unfiendly down right rude 8/6/2008

I brought my dog there for the 2nd time to have him groomed. The person who opened the door acted as if I did not exist was rude curt and down right unfiendly. She has a real chip on here shoulders. It is not the way I want to be treated and I will never take my dog there again! I also will tell anyone who is looking for a groomer to not take there pet there.\r If you are the owner and read this she opened the store up 8-6-08.\r I can not imagine this is some one you want representing you business. more

The staff of Bow Wow Meow are friendly and courteous. The manager really seems to care about the customers and their animals. The groomers are great and the store has it all. PROS: nice people, nice products CONS: more

Pet care 5/8/2006

We rescued a dog a couple of months ago and needed to have her nails clipped. I had heard good things about Bow Wow Meow so decided to give them a try. We walked in and they took our dog right away, clipped her nails, and out we went. It was quick, easy, and our dog was very happy. more

Great Grooming Services & Pet Accessory Selection 4/26/2006

Bow Wow Meow has the best groomers who always makes my chow chow very happy when she goes for her "hair" appointment. Most places won't even take Chows but Bow Wow never judged her until they met her and saw how sweet natured she is. At prior groomers she would always come home all sad and depressed but now she gets excited to go for her beauty appointments and usually comes home even happier. Customer service at the store has been wonderful and very accomodating when we needed an emergency grooming appointment for medical reasons.\r \r Their accessory selection is by far the best on the peninsula and also have a variety of gifts for all pet lovers. this store has a good selection of pet food and supplies but the staff and manager of the store could use a little courtesy when they deal with their clients more

Friendly Dog Groomers 6/1/2005

Bow Wow Meow is a great place to get your dog groomed. We have a very high maintainence dog who hates to be groomed. We went through 3 groomers before we found Bow Wow Meow. They are very gentle and patient with the dogs. Our dog generally needs to be there for the majority of the day when he gets a full cut. They do have a frequent shopper club where you get some money off after so many visits. They really seem to take the time to connect with your animal!
