Well, let me start by saying as a woman, it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic! Most mechanics know that women don't generally know much about cars & common quirks so they try to sell you unnecessary work. I have taken my car to the dealership numerous times, spent hundreds of dollars & left with the same noise/problem that it was taken in for!!! I finally had a friend recommend Bothell Import Service & the first time I went in, I knew I had a new mechanic! They were very friendly & took the time to explain, in plain terms, what was wrong & how we could fix it. I had multiple issues with my car and the service tech. itemized the problems for me & listed them in the order of priority since I couldn't afford to fix everything at once! How many mechanics do you know that are willing to go the extra mile?!?! Bothell Import Service is the best; I'll never take my car anywhere else!
