Boston Children's Museum

The Children's Museum! Many Boston transplants see it and never step foot in it until they spawn offspring and use it as a potential day trip when the aquarium's been exhausted one too many times. The beauty of the Children's Museum, however, is that for the young at heart, this place is a fantastic spot for those who really want an enjoyable experience out of the ordinary. Blow giant bubbles, or go through a fantastic relic of an authentic Japanese house! Everything at the Children's Museum is fair game with the exception of the jungle gyms (please do not attempt!). And feel free to use the remaining time of the weekend concocting magnificent lies to cover for your amazing trip. Don't worry, your secret's safe with me. I won't tell on you, pinky swear! This is the best children museum that we had ever visit; it has lots of demo and shows and lots of activities that kids enjoy, even adults have lots of fun. I would certainly come back again, and I would recommend to any family, wealthy or poor. Every Friday 5pm to 9pm it has low $1 per person admission that is very affordable. Or you can join the membership that entitles you not only this museum free but also other 200+ museums ... Pros: well worth the money, learn a lot for adult, lots of fun for kids more
