In February of 2012, I made a commitment to myself and my health. I wasn't making the best choices when it came to eating, nor was I physically active enough. I walked into Boom Fitness and unexpectedly began journey to a healthier lifestyle with some amazing results! At the time, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew I wanted to sign up with a personal trainer. When I first met the trainer, I didn't realize how much of an impact he would have in my life. From the start of our conversation I could see how knowledgeable he was when it came to health and fitness. From day one, he helped to guide my fitness journey--equipping me with the knowledge, determination, drive and mental toughness to push myself to reach my goals. His motivation was the key to pushing me beyond my self-imposed limits. After each session, I always felt like I was achieving another breakthrough and gaining confidence in my abilities. He is very supportive and motivating and truly cares about your well-being and success. And it isn't just the drop in numbers that has inspired me to continue on with my journey, but the overall way I feel. After months of training with them, I am in the best shape of my life and I feel healthier than ever!\r
