I am glad Seattle has Imax 12/29/2005

Seeing a movie at an Imax heater is a real treat. Plush seats, spectacular sound and a huge screen. I have seen a few blockbuster here. The Polar Express in 3-D was one of the most amazing Cinema experiences I have experienced. It is definitely worth the few extra bucks to see a great special effects movie on the Imax screen if you get a chance. The only problem I have had is that it is sometimes difficult to find out if a movie is sold out or not. My suggestion would be to buy tickets online early several days ahead of time. more

Great Theaters! 12/9/2005

Come give this place a visit. Both are located at the Science Center and are basically neighbors as the walk to each theater takes about 2 minutes. Both have huge screens and comfortable seats. The seats in the Boeing Imax theater are very plush and provide a great experience. The Eames are little bit hard, but that will prevent you from falling asleep. When you find a movie you like come here and watch it, it's fairly cheap! more

Very comfortable 12/8/2005

The seats are very spacious and full of plush cushion. Unlike other theaters that do not offer any head support, the seats at the Boeing IMAX theater allow you to rest your head while you gaze at the multistory screen. The sound system is awesome, and their introduction before the previews showcases this fact. Whenever a big movie, like Polar Express or Harry Potter, hits IMAX, I always get tickets for my family. more
