I have tried for years to lose weight and get into the best shape possible on my own and through other establishments. Finally, I found this place. Michael is not only good at what he does but he is very caring, supportive, understanding and makes your workouts fun, He has literally helped changed my life. I am much more positive, and I am in the best shape of my life ever. His rates are much less than most personal trainers. Also, you may go to his gym and workout on your own anytime you like on your own. That is not permitted by most personal training studios.
