I've been to Bocheks 3 times and have had EXCELLENT service. They went over and above the call of duty by offering to come and get my car since the weather was 12 below zero. I have always found their whole staff to be very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would highly recommend Bocheks to everyone. Keep up the great work, Bocheks. more

Stay away from this place! I took my 06 hyundai elantra there after an accident and was told I needed an new tie rod. They credited me for an alingment to be done when I could purchase the part. I took my car in 3 days ago to have the work done and get an estimate on other repairs. \r I called the following day and was treated like I was stupid. The owner told me the tie rod was fine and that my wheel was about to fall off, then proceded to tell me what the work cost me: a total of 1400. I said I would call back after talking to my husband. I decided not to do some of the work because I knew it was over priced and my normal mechanic could do it for a better deal. Once I told them no they got very rude and started telling me , the tie rod is bad, this is bad* this morning I recieved a call with my final price to be told it was more because they found more issues and did the work without my consent also tried to tell me they inspected it after I said no (especially after I refused to have an o2 sensor replaced which was needed to pass emissions)\r Very unprofessional, very rude, scam artist! more

Ripped me off! Paid $70 for alignment, which was NOT performed! My car still pulls exactly the same as before I brought it in. My friend who is a master mechanic inspected the car before & after, & it was evident that the tire rods were not adjusted. Bochek informed me that their mechanic did ""test drive"" (...or joy rode) in the car. If it were test driven, then the alignment should be perfect. They also incorrectly installed my wheel weights, ruining my rims! They had the car overnight, yet did not perform some of the work I paid for, the rest they did incorrectly. Awful experience, do NOT go here. more

I have had 2 of my cars in to Bochek's and was extremely satisfied with their work. My wife's car which is brand new and my car which is 5 years old. My car was not badly damaged in a rear end impact, but the quality of the repair all around was excellent. When I got the car back, it was clean inside and out and I thought it was cleaner than when I bought it.\r My wife's car suffered substantial damage in the front end and is new (less than 3200 miles). I settled on Bochek's to do the work since I was so happy with my car and they exceeded my expectations on the repair. There are a few minor issues that I didn't see at first and they have already scheduled me to get them taken care of.\r Overall, the paint jobs were excellent (color match, thoroughness of coverage, etc.), body panel alignments were excellent, reassembly seems dead on center, all seems in general jobs well done. Only time will tell about the quality of the paint jobs. I do have to concur that they're a bit weak in returning phone calls, but it happens when you're busy as they are and they didn't get that busy being bad at their job for sure. They give a warranty for their work too. I would have to say too that the guys are much more cordial to talk with than the women I've dealt with for customer relations and to me, customer relations is critical to a business. As a former auto body shop owner these guys are only the second shop I've dealt with that could do a job as good or better than I did for my customers. more

I took my car into Bochek's after a front impact accident. They handled everything for me, kept me up to date with the progress, and my 10 year old car now looks like new. I highly recommend them. more

Excellent All Around 5/3/2012

I have had my Suzuki Aerio SX to them 4 times total over the last few years. Two times were for deer collisions, and one other time was a collision with another vehicle. The fourth time was to fix a coolant leak (pinhole in radiator hose). Each time they were courteous, professional and did quality work. When there was a question about something simple they were quick to take a peek at it to correct any minor issues. Recently I came home late and noticed steam under my hood and a HOT temperature reading. I called Bochek's expecting to leave a message. No... Someone answered the phone and made arrangements for me to have it brought in the next morning. They had it taken care of in the same day. They were fair about price, as well as keeping in contact with me regarding the progress. In all instances I was treated very, very well and the body work is A1 quality. I highly recommend Bochek's! more

Rude and Unethical 2/18/2010

I dropped my car off for a quote but authorized no work being upfront and telling them that if it was too expensive I was going to take it to the dealer. When I called to check on whether or not they had a quote ready for me (they had not gotten back to me) I was told they began the work without my authorization anyway and wouldn't have a quote for me until it was finished. I asked when this would be ready and the woman was very rude to me and said I should be grateful they fit me in. I told her I no longer wished to give them my business, that I would not be needing a quote, and I would be picking my car up. She said ok. A few minutes later I received a call from a man saying that they had already began the work on my car (without my permission) and that I would have to pay to get my car back. I said that I did not authorize any work, that I was perfectly clear in the beginning it was only there for a quote, and that I would not be paying any money to receive my car back. He was rude, but agreed. About 15 minutes later I show up to pick up my car. I walked in and asked for my keys and was given them no problem. When I walked out to the parking lot to get into my car, I saw that my front door was in my backseat. When I walked back into the shop to ask if they expected me to drive home like that, the man said that if I wanted my car put back together I would have to pay them to do so. I argued that my car should be returned to me in the same condition it was given to them especially since NO work was authorized. I ended up having to call the local police and file a report. Don't waste your time here. Pros: No Pros Cons: Rude, Unethical, unsafe, expensive more

Great place for repair work 4/12/2009

I just picked up my 2000 dodge dakota from Bochek's. A little over two weeks ago, a young kid pulled out in front of me and took out the front end of my truck. It was towed to Bochek's for repairs. After waiting nearly a week for the other guys insurance (Erie) to actually make a decision about what to do, Bocheks went right to work fixing my truck.\r \r The truck is 9 years old and has over 150,000 miles on it. I was fearful that when it was repaired that it would never be quite right again. Boy was I wrong. \r \r Bocheks did an awesome job of repairing it, that it actually drives better then it did before the accident. Everything that was replaced was done so with new Dodge parts - no after market. When I picked the truck up, they took the time to explain to me what they had done and how they had done it. They didn't play the ""girl' card with me - they treated me like someone who knew what was going on.\r \r I HIGHLY reccomend Bockeks to anyone looking to have repair work done. I won't be going anywhere else. Pros: Quality Workmanship more

Left my car unsafe to drive.... 7/9/2008

I had a minor front end collision in my 2000 Nissan Maxima, but unfortunately, the location of the collision was my right front wheel, causing a significant amount of mechanical damage. I took my car the Bochek's because it was the closest body shop to me on the State Farm network. I will not use this shop again and I have reported them to state farm.\r \r They took more than a month to repair my car, and only after significant prompting. They put in replacement parts that were MUCH worse than the parts I had in the 8 year old car (they are called reconditioned). The worse part is that they either didn't replace or used such a faulty reconditioned tie rod end in the vehicle that the right front wheel (where the collision occurred) that there was an inch of play on the wheel. I immediately felt the problem when I drove the car and immediately took it to my regular mechanic where they immediately discovered the problem and I had to have a supplemental insurance claim filed to have the car fixed properly. They also repainted a wheel (which they didn't tell me) and didn't even balance it! Their report on the repair was a handwritten note with no useful information on it.\r \r The funniest part is that because they kept the car so long, they actually delivered it (driving it over 5 miles to my home) and didn't notice the problem at all. It took my regular mechanic a single right turn to notice it. It took them 5 minutes to find the problem! It was also at this point he told me the vehicle would not pass inspection and was not safe to drive in this condition.\r \r Finally after receiving the car back from the second repair, the shocks were so dead (again reconditioned parts) that it felt like I was feeling every single nook and cranny in the road so I had to trade in the car that I love and replace it.\r \r Am I disgusted? You bet! Please do not waste your time and money on this place. Pros: They did deliver the vehicle at no charge, and they were courteous on the phone. Cons: They did a poor job on my repair, were very hard to reach, did not return calls, and left the car unsafe to drive requiring a second repair. more
