I called and set up service beginning June 9 and by August 22, I had already had to call them 7 times because they did not pick up my garbage. It was sitting right next to my mailbox. 7 out of 10 weeks I had to call to remind them to pick up my trash. I was, at first, told that my day had been switched from Thursday to Monday (although they never bothered to tell me that), then I had to go two weeks without my trash being picked up. The next week they were supposed to allow me to have 3 garbage bins (but of course I only had two) because they forgot to pick it up for so long but they never came AGAIN! I called the next day and they made a special trip by my house to pick it up. Today is Monday and they usually come (if at all) around 11-12. At 4 I noticed they hadn't picked up my trash and I called. The lady said she knew they hadn't picked it up yet and they would be there. Of course they never came. It is absolutely ridiculous to pay for a service when you have to call EVERY week to remind them to do what they are supposed to do. I am one uphappy customer that is switching to Waste Management!
