When I called Freddy at Bob Smith and told him what I needed to make a deal he immediately told me what was possible. The process was executed perfectly and every step was as discussed before my arrival. I tremendously value the great experience of my car purchase at Bob Smith Toyota with Freddy. We were looking for the 2010/$179/mo deal- Bob Smith Toyota had 2 XD's left for that deal, so we came here right away. Jarvis was an excellent salesman. He was prompt and personable. We decited to get one. He got the car ready for us and quickly closed the deal for us. Thank You! more

We called for a prius 2 and Haik answered us about what we needed. It was hard to find the particular model we wanted but Bob Smith had one. It was very excellent service. We are very happy with our purchase and service at Bob Smith. It was a great deal. more

Bob smith Toyota Haik Ketsoyan went out of his way to make Toyota customers feel at ease, and welcomed like family. Haik is extremely accommodating to whatever customers need or want. I will definitely recommend friends and family should they need Toyota vehicles in the future. more

We were referred to bob smith from our uncle. Our uncle bought his tundra from Harry. When we went there we met with Harry and Ron. We had a great experience and we will come back for our next car. In the meanwhile we will send all of our friends your way and tell them to ask for the Harry Special. We love the entire sales staff and are very happy with our new purchase. more

In a retail automotive marketplace Bob Smith Toyota showed that they have a way of making the purchase very personal and direct. Jesse and the GM Pete Smith listen to your needs and treat you like family. They may be small but they sure do know how to make you feel like part of the family. They Take care of their family before during and after the purchase. I own 2 Prius and I go nowhere accept Bob Smith Toyota. more

Besides the tiny dealership it was a great experience. They all worked together Jarvis sure did know everything about a Camry. We came in from a add on Kelley Blue Book and must say they didn't even pressure us on the price cause it was written on the paper. Went for a test drive and out the door my buddie went with his slightly used 2008 Camry. Only advice a have 10 Jarvis and you will do great. Thanks again. Sincerely John G more
