I found a car I fell in love with at this dealership after two weeks of searching and knew I had to have it, I got a great deal with a really low apr (course its diffrent for everyone) that was exactly in my budget, its a 2009 Pontiac Vibe GT with everything I could ever want and just the right power in that 2.4 under the hood I need.
The service was great I called and got great answers and went in to look at the cars, I was set up with a guy right away and had no waiting and they were really friendly. After test driving the car and stopping mid way in the test drive to look over the car I knowticed some scraches on the sides of the car and mentioned them and was told they will be fixed no problem when their detailer comes in.
I had to wait till the next day to pick up my car because I got the zerg sheild put on my car when I went to pick it up I saw what I thought at the time was dirt on all over my hood and bumper no problem, at the time i had my old glasses I was picking up the same day for my new ones later and stupid me I didn't bend down and check further. I find later that night that it isn't at all dirt but somehow some way my car has gotten MAJOR rock rash! (paint chips from rocks hitting your car ect) And i'm not talking like four or five chips that might of gotten over looked during my expection i'm talking about it looking like someone took a gun of rock salt one foot away to my car and blasted it!
This is where the problem starts I take it back the next day and talk with the man I bought the car from he goes and looks and since its early morning and my car was wet from snow it wasn't as visable and he tells me yet again that ""the detailer will be out in a week or two to detail my car and they ""have me covered no worries"" like i'm his chum out on a stroll! This is NOT one or two chips I don't think a simple detailing will fix this rock rash on my car that WASN'T THERE THE DAY BEFORE! I have my mom as a whitness and this is unacceptable he told me that its ""not a new car it won't have perfect paint"" well duh but when it wasn't there when I signed and is when I came to pick it up I should get a total repaint not some ""detailing"" that will rub off in a year...its a two year old car and they are refusing to basicly do the right thing and my two year old car will end up being rusted all over the hood by the end of winter if nothing is done!
I have connections with my uncle and friends who repaint cars and do detailing so in a way i'm not worried if I can't get this problem fixed but that is money I now don't have to fix my paint job when I shouldn't have to....in short great people there friendly and great deals on cars that arn't old early 2000 models but if you go there look over your car in every detail and make sure its the same when you pick it up or you will have this happen to you just like it did me, I feel lied to and cheated and i'm going to push and push I will go to court if I have to over this because I don't have the MONEY to repaint my NEW car that shouldn't of had to been repainted in the first place!
So I do suggest you give that place a try for good deals but thus far as I can say just be carful...i'll put a better review soon if I can get this problem fixed if not then i'll update with a worse review.
