Best Furniture store in OKC 3/6/2007

I just finished the BEST furniture shopping experience in my life. My wife and I decided to purchase a new bedroom suite. We had noticed a t.v. commercial about Bob Mills Furniture and decided to give them a chance. I have lived in Okc all my life but have never been to Bob Mills Furniture. Boy was I surprised. My wife found exactly what she wanted and it was delivered yesterday afternoon. I have finally found a furniture store that my wife and I can shop at. Pros: Sales person and delviery people Cons: It was tough to decide what to buy. So many choices. more

not only bad, but terrible customer service 2/24/2007

Today my husband and I went out shopping for bedroom furniture. We picked out the set that we liked, paid for it and had it loaded onto our truck. It was only then that we noticed what was promised to us is not what we got. They charged us for everything in the set individually. Thank God the mistake was caught before we left. The manager was notified but only gave an apology. He didn't try and make it right. He didn't seem to care. We had to unload the truck and get a refund. We wasted our time and gas only to have no one really care and not even try to make things right. I will never shop at Bob Mills again. more

Good Prices, Bad Customer Service! 2/21/2007

The company offers furniture for very affordable prices but lacks any real customer service. When you have an issue, no one is willing to take ownership and follow through; always full of excuses. I had the worst sales experience here and would not recommend this company to anyone because of their poor customer service. This company doesn't care about their customers; they only care about their customers' money. Pros: Affordable prices, good selection of furniture Cons: Poor customer service more
