Just like the other boat repair shop in the Wenatchee area, Bob Feil pulls a bait and switch with their service schedule. The service department said that my outboard motor would be worked on within two weeks. Left it there, then called after one week. Was then told that it would be another three weeks before they could get to it! I think that that is a dishonest practice.
