We experienced what now is known as the fuel pump problem on our 2007 335i. After numerous visits and repair attempts, it was decided for BMW to buy our car back and offer any car to replace and make whole. We excepted a 2008 528i that compares in features to our original purchase. I can say that this car has performed exceptional to the reputation of BMW! Amy has kept in email contact with me for about a year now regarding my search for a yellow Mini. When I came in for service on my 2009 Mini, I spoke with Amy about how I'd like to get a new Mini. I first visited BMW and MINI of South Atlanta this morning. I was invited to an event that they had at the store for the MINI Countryman. I loved the Countryman and if the family was smaller I would likely get one. I did fall in love with the new, 2012 BMW 650 convertible. What a car! Everyone is so nice and the place is very convenient drive from my place in Atlanta. I met the BMW and MINI staff. I found out that they come from everywhere to work here. One guy, the Service Manager with all of the jokes, drives his BMW everyday from the Columbus area. Very friendly and not at all snobby like some of the high end car dealers. more

Salesperson was knowledgable about the products that he had to offer. Went out of his way to explain different options, and make sure that we found a car that suited our needs. Stayed late to help let us look at different cars. Explained the benefits that were associated with the purchase of the car. Offered a nice finance option that was being offered. My wife has wanted a Clubman for over a year now and I decided to surprise her with a Mini Xmas present for 2011. I scheduled a test drive with Mini of South Atlanta and Jessica Heming, one of the motoring advisors spent an afternoon going over every aspect of the 2012 Mini Clubman and letting me test drive different options. I knew up front the model and color scheme, but the dealer didnt have one on the lot. Jessica worked with Jason Powenski, the motoring manager to find the exact model I wanted which was in another state and had to be re-routed. It took them a good couple of hours of hard work to get everything setup...it arrived in a couple of days, they had it prepped and paperwork processed for me upfront, so the purchase was extremely easy. Jessica also took time away from her vacation to meet with me and set me up with a lot of great extra gifts - the whole Xmas was Mini-themed - very cool...I surprised my wife by hiding the key fob in a 1:18 scale model Clubman - she was really making fun of the little model Mini, until she opened the boot doors and found the key - her words were ""Holy -Insert Expletive Here- KEYS!!!"" - This was Jessica's idea and was really fun to see happen. My experience with Mini of South Atlanta was incredible - easy going, intelligent, fun bunch of folks. I also went to Global Imports Mini in North Atlanta - I couldn't deal with these guys - they wouldn't even talk with me and had a really uptight attitude - very uncool. This pepper white Clubman S is just a blast to drive - wifey loves it - needless to say, my friends will have to up thier game - I'll send them to Jessica! more

Okay, I'll admit that my wife's BMW is not new and we have had it since before we were married 8 years ago. It is a fun car to drive and we take it to the beach in the summer. A couple of weeks ago a trouble light came on. The car still drove well, and since it wasn't a daily driver, I put of taking it in. The closest Atlanta BMW dealer to my home is BMW of South Atlanta. I made an online service appointment and showed up. It turns out that the problem was a software upgrade was needed and it would be fixed later that day. I took them up on a BMW loaner car, even though my car was far out of warranty, and went about my business for a day off. When I got back my wife's BMW was spotless! They had it cleaned, and it looked like it went through a professional detail. . . and the service light was out. Unlike other BMW shops in Atlanta I was not kept waiting, the bill was inexpensive and everything was done on time. Mark me as completely satisfied! more
