I am shocked to read such things about a company that has been GREAT to me and my business. I have seen nothing but fairness in their work and from what I have seen it is incompetence in tenants, not Blue Sage. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and I am ashamed that there are people this rude and spiteful that they feel they need to trash this company, however, I am not surprised. Fortunately for me I was raised to be a respectful, clean and honest person. more

We like Blue Sage enough that we've since recommended this company to several of our friends and they too have employed Blue Sage. If things continue the way they are, Blue Sage is the last management company for us because they're the best. more

Kathryn and her team are amazing. Not only did Kathryn have my unit rented in 6 days (yes, 6!!!) she has worked with the tenant to keep the tenant happy. I receive my rental income exactly as our contact outlines and she has helped me with inspections and repairs at very reasonable costs\r more

I chose to use property management to avoid the pitfalls that many landlords including violating state rental laws and resolving tenant disputes. I never intended to have a rental property but the turn in the economy put me in this position, but I am so pleased with Blue Sage and recommend Kathryn and her team. \r more

They do a good job, I pay on time and they don't bother me. Fixed a couple broken screens too that I forgot to put on the move in form (my daughter hate mosquitoes)!!! Thx more

I've been with them for 4 years now, thank god I don't have to rent it myself! Used to spend my weekends fixing my house and showing it. Since they managed it, it's been largely trouble free since then, I hardly need to think about it anymore, I just get the checks in the mail :) more

I have used Blue Sage for years, after friends of ours rented from them and were treated really fairly following a financial crisis. We would not have rented our home, if we had to do it ourselves and find that using a good property manager has allowed us to weather the recession in the housing market while we wait for values to come back up. Kathryn and her team of pro's are very responsible. more

They found ways to make our rental house look way better for showings, inside and out. Helped us get great tenants (the yard never looked better). Absolutely terrible experience. Constantly tried to bully us into signing a lease before even seeing the full unit.\r \r A/C and upstairs electricity didn't work when we looked at the unit. Carpets were stained. Asked for a cleaning and were told we were being ""nitpicky.""\r \r Expressed concern about the A/C and electricity, were told they would work. I asked for assurances in writing that they'd work, and they refused. I asked for a 30 day period after move-in to make sure everything worked, and were told by the manager that ""isn't going to happen.""\r \r I told her she was being rude, and she said ""you're free to leave, then"". \r \r I asked if this was how they'd be as landlords, and she told us ""I'm rejecting your application. Get out.""\r \r She actually kicked us out and rejected our application (after already approving it days earlier). They kept my application fee, of course.\r \r Don't deal with this company. You'll be sorry. Cons: Terrible customer service, rude staff, inflexible demands. Clearly wants to take advantage of people. more
