I have ordered several screens (20+) from Bliss in the past; their shipping was a bit slow, but nothing too bad. The latest screen has been a nightmare. I received what looked like a new screen from them a few days after I ordered it. It was DOA, after 20 screens 1 DOA is not unexpected. I submitted an RMA via their website and finally got their approval email 3 days later. I sent out the screen the same day. A week later I was starting to wonder where my new screen was so I tried to contact them via email, I got no response. Over the next several days I sent several more emails before they finally responded saying they never received the screen. So I sent them the tracking number verifying they had signed for it over a week before. I finally received my replacement screen a month after the original order. When I opened the replacement screen I noticed it was worn and obviously used, I tried it anyway. It was also DOA. This time I called them, left 3 messages before they finally got back to me. I sent it back as soon as I got another RMA approval. Since I sent it back I have sent them 5 emails and called (leaving voicemails) twice to try to get a status, they have not responded once. As of this writing, it has been over a month and a half since my original order. I finally received my 3rd DOA screen so I overnighted another from another company, it works fine. tl;dr RMA process is abysmal, customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls more

I bought DELL 1545 Laptop LCD Screen. This laptop takes two type of LCD. I purchased wrong LCD. I have LED and i purchased lamp base LCD. I called company for help. They were very friendly. Michelle helped me to resolve it and change the product. With help of company my laptop is working within 4 days. Thanks for very good customer service. more

I will never order from Bliss Computers again. I ordered an LCD screen from Bliss according to the exact model number on my original Toshiba LCD screen. Bliss sent me an LCD with a connector that does not fit my original Toshiba inverter. I have left several messages and have called 20+ times per day for a week now. I have not been able to get a hold of anybody. I also wrote a detailed email with pictures and have heard nothing in regards to that either. Their policy says they will refuse any returns without a RMA number. For now I am stuck with a screen that is not compatible. I would recommend purchasing an LCD screen from a reputable online merchant. Stay away from Bliss Computers. It seems as if Bliss Computers is hit or miss. Believe me you do not want to miss with them, you will regret your purchase more

I placed my order on Aug 12, 5 days later, I called many times, left messages,put on hold three times. Finaly,I was told they haven't download my order yet. Asked to free upgrade to a fast shipment,the anwser was no way!Very bad service,bad altitude, never return phone calls, even didn't say sorry about the delay! I own a Toshiba Satellite A305. Last month my nephew came to my house. He left a pen on top of keyboard and closed the Laptop. And result - Broken Laptop LCD. i was searching online to find reliable source for Laptop LCD. I found Bliss Computers selling screens. i ordered it other day. It came in to brown box by USPS with in week. and i am using same laptop to write this review. this guys are great. just their phone service was poor. it took 4 phone calls to get some one on phone. but website was easy to navigate .
