They make compounded, custom medications here. They are also very nice to deal with. When you call them they pick up the phone and not a machine.

Delay in Needed Medication for infection 5/5/2012

My experience with Bird's unfortunately was one of poor communication either or both internally and with me. The medication needed for a sinus infection was made, not sent out, and sat in the fridge all weekend while I was miserable at home. A simple call to let me know it would take an extra FIVE days to get to my home definitely would have hopped me into the car. Unfortunately, they did not call to let me know my options. Poor communication which resulted in harm to patient. more

If you need something special come here! 6/8/2011

When my doctor wrote me a prescription for something to be made-up special he recommended that I go to these guys. I guess that despite the old time mixing symbols on the outside of the chain pharmacies they only do pre-packaged drugs. When I went in I expected it to take at least a day but I was able to come back an hour later to pick it up. The people who worked there were very friendly. I also liked that you could watch them work through the glass. Everything was very clean and orderly. I can see why the chains don't do this - they don't have anywhere to do it. Parking on the street was fine. more
