We appreciate our military families very much, we have employees that have retired from the military and the owners son is retired military. This particular customer contacted us in September to install a handrail, They were given a quote to complete the job, they signed off on this quote and put down their deposit, to be put on the schedule to have the job completed. All of our customers are very important to us, that is why we have a first come first serve policy, your job is completed in the order that the deposit was put down. The product that was installed at this customers home was not a product that could be purchased from a home improvement store, this product is American made and is mainly purchased by fencing companies. The product that was installed was exactly what they were quoted. We always work with our customers to makes sure that they are happy with the job that was performed, that is why after each job is complete we call our customers to make sure that they are happy with the job before we send out the final bill. This customers main complaint was the cost of the job, which was given to him before the job was started and before he signed off on the work order. This customer had no complaints concerning the installed product, only the price. When the general manger spoke with the customer to try to solve the issue the only thing the customer was worried about was wanting the price adjusted as he felt that he paid too much although he knew the price before it was started. Our prices are competitive and we understand the value of a dollar and we make sure that you are getting the best quality for your money.
