Want to compliment the driver Bill Jr when he picked me up and my 90 Chrysler Town and Country when I broke down on Front Street in Marblehead. He was excellent and wonderful to deal with. he really came to the rescue and towed me to an auto repair shop in Beverly farms. Thank you! more

Andres from Bill’s came to my house this evening after I called AAA because my car would not start and was making a strange clicking noise. He was wonderful…professional, thorough, testing my car and reporting good news…the alternator was fine, but the battery was not.\r Fortunately he had a replacement battery on his truck and installed it. he was awesome! Donny from Bill’s Auto Clinic picked up my car today from my house in Marblehead and brought it to Precision Auto Works in MHD. He was extremely friendly and forgiving for taking so long to arrive (although I was impressed it was only about ½ hour from my call). Thumbs up for great service. more

I want to say “thanks” to Matt from Bill’s Auto Clinic for the great service he provided me when my battery died in my car. Matt thoroughly tested my starter and alternator, as well as the battery. He told me I had a dead cell, ad told me that since the battery was manufactured less than three years before, it might still be under warranty and/or subject to a prorated replacement. I found his information to be informative and accurate, and his professionalism to be outstanding. Thanks for making a stressful situation a little more bearable. more

Tuesday morning I could not get my battery to turn over after putting as in it. Del came out to the gas station and assisted me in getting it started. He was able to tell me what the problem was and made sure it would stay running so I could drive to my mechanic without an issue. I proceeded straight to my mechanic where he fixed the problem that I explained as it was explained to me. Del was a great help and showed me fantastic customer service and care. Please thank him for all of his help for me. it was very greatly appreciated. more

I received help from Joey W for my dead car battery a couple of weeks ago at my home in Marblehead. I’m happy to give feedback where it’s due.\r He arrived within a half hour. That made me happy of course, but what was even better was the service I received from him. Not only did Joey give me a speedy charge, but he explained what was going on and what to do (keep it running for 45 minutes, check for a bunch of things following my drive, etc). He educated me on car batteries and why this may have happened. And to top it off he explained things in a way that I totally understood everything.\r He was really awesome. I wish that all car people, contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc etc, were as wonderful at explaining things as Joey. It would make life easier. \r more

I wanted to write regarding the excellent service that I received earlier this year on Friday, January 25th 2013. This review is a long time coming but I’ve finally gotten around to writing it. I was stranded in the CVS parking lot on Endicott St. in Danvers on an extremely cold day. Not long after I called AAA, and after expecting to have to wait at least an hour for service, your service technician appeared ready to help resolve my dilemma. After replacing my battery and answering all my questions, thanks to Matt, I was on my way. His kindness and professionalism helped to make a frustrating situation a lot more bearable. more

I found myself with a dead battery after a very hectic weekend celebrating the wedding of my daughter. I was never so relived to find such prompt, courteous, and thorough service by the way of Bill’s Auto Clinic. He spent the time to not only jumpstart my car but he tested my battery and found it was not in need of replacement at this time. I just want to let you know how happy I am with the service you provided yesterday. I called AAA because I had a dead battery and they said you'd be out within 90 minutes. Imagine my surprise when your van arrived twenty minutes later! Matt, the gentleman who was here to help was not only polite and very nice but he took the time to explain each of the steps he was taking before replacing the battery. It was so nice to know that he actually making sure that it was the battery and not a bigger issue. I like the way your company does business - I'll remember that AND recommend you. more
