I took three bikes to Walter to be repaired. After they were repaired ( which took 3 weeks from drop off to pick up) I took my hybrid for a ride. During the ride the pedal arm fell off of mine. Luckily I wasn't going fast or standing up or I would have been seriously hurt. I took the bike back to Walter the next day to be repaired and he stated that it was my problem and he wasn't going to repair it. He was extremely rude and down right ignorant.He and he wife were rude to me from the time I first made the appointment and unappreciated my business. I warn anyone thinking about doing business with them. Find another repair shop.
