I've had both good and bad experiences at this dealership. The sales side is horrible and service is hit or miss.

Great Sales Staff and Service 6/18/2013

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bill Pierre Chevrolet. My Salesman, Keith Battle, was great. The rest of the sales staff pitched in to help including Andy Galvin who ordered my vehicle for me. I just had to interface with the service staff and I give them two thumbs up also.l Great team. Once I made a decision on the vehicle to purchase, the process went through without any problems. I had went online and got pre-approval on finance, so I knew ahead of time what I could buy and what the interest rate was going to be. This made the process of and paperwork go rather quickly. Everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable. more

I'd never bought a new car and always assumed working with a dealership would be an irritating, super-commercial, high-pressure experience. But the people at Bill Pierre have always been kind and helpful to me, both in sales and service, during the 2 years I've worked with them. I love the car wash and vacuum with service. They also gave me a ride to and from the mall while waiting for service. All good. more
