They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

Honest and informative sales experience. 1/21/2014

The salesperson I dealt with at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda was very straightforward and seemed to be pretty honest. I didn't have to negotiate a lot. She was willing to deal pretty quickly, without a lot of back and forth. The paperwork process was also very honest. She shared what the numbers looked like and didn't try to hide anything. She also explained everything very clearly and answered quite a few questions I had. The only reservations I have are probably like those of anybody working with a dealership. Sometimes it takes a fair amount of time, and the amount of money you get for trade-in and such usually takes a hit from depreciation, as far as what they're willing to offer you. My car was four years old and only had 20,000 miles on it. I felt for the condition of the car I could've gotten a better deal. more

When I purchased the car, there was a small ding on one of the door panel trim. Bill Pearce promised to replace the trim and did a good job. They gave me a call when the part came in and made an appointment right there. I was able to pick up my car the next day within a couple of hours. more

The purchase of my vehicle from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda was all negotiated online. I chose that on purpose. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I had done a lot of research. I called them up and spoke with their online sales manager Diane. She absolutely blew me away with her responsiveness. There was no heavy handedness. She had absolutely impeccable manners and respect throughout the process. There was no can-you-pay-a-little-more going on. I said, "Give me your best price and if it's the price I want to hear, then I'll buy it." She did just that and so did I. We closed the deal and it was done. What more could you want? I'd recommend the lady I dealt with to anyone. I'd go there in a minute. more

When my husband and I first drove up to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda, there was a salesman standing right outside of the building to greet us. From that instance, we knew this company would be very receptive to our needs. The representatives we dealt with were professional and wonderful, particularly Maurice and Reggie. I have purchased six new cars in my life, and my experience with Maurice was the best I had ever had with any salesman. The finance department was great, too. We had a trade in, which they took with no problem. Everything went really smoothly. We left that same day with the car we wanted. We also came back to have security system and a front bra installed. Those, too, were good experiences! This is a very well run and professional business. They always called us back to make sure all of our questions were answered. Everyone in the building that we came across was very courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend working with them for your new car needs, especially Reggie and Maurice. If you are looking to buy a new car, you will get outstanding service at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda from start to finish. Believe me, it's not always as satisfying like this with other dealerships. more

The salespeople at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda took an interest in what I wanted and matched me up with something they thought was the one I wanted--they were accurate on that. There was a little bit of pressure on the closing of the deal which was not comfortable. The inevitable pressure of selling a car is uncomfortable. more

We had another car that was totaled in an accident, so we started looking at Hondas online. There were two dealerships in our area, but it was clear that Bil Pearce Courtesy Honda in Reno had the better selection. We were actually able to buy the car through the internet. They made the process very easy for us. When they reached out to us, we let them know which car we were interested in, and they informed us of what our monthly payment would be. We scheduled a visit to the dealership, so we'd be able to test drive it. When we got there on a Saturday, the car was sitting in the front waiting for us. We drove it; everything was good. We didn't get our insurance money from the accident yet, but the guys at Bill Pearce were very accommodating to us. We agreed on a down payment of $4000, so we wrote them two checks for $2000. We, then, arranged to have our insurance agency send the payment for the accident straight to Bill Pearce. They were all good and honest people -- even the financing manager. I've purchased many cars in my years, and the most frightening part about the process is when the financing team pressures you to buy more than you came in for. That was not the case at Bill Pearce. They were not trying to sell me anything. The whole experience was really great. I would recommend them without a doubt. more

I had never leased a car before, but Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda made the process very stress free. I felt confident making the financial decisions without any pressure from their sales team. The people I dealt with were extremely professional without being condescending. The salesperson was very helpful in teaching me the difference between the different models. Once I decided on the one I wanted, he showed me how to use the different features of the vehicle. The finance manager was also very helpful, as he explained the difference between my leasing options versus buying a brand new car. I left with the car I wanted after only a 2-day period. As far as how the initial purchase of my vehicle from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda went, our salesman Larry was very good and very attentive. We were very satisfied with his service. Our initial purchasing experience was excellent. Upon having some add-on things done, it seemed like it was a bit more of a hassle on my part to try and get things handled. For example, I took in the car to get the windows tinted. It didn't go as I had expected it to and I didn't get what I had thought I was going to get. I went and picked up my vehicle and it didn't look right to me. I had indicated this and was told it would go away once it cured. After a few weeks it still looked the same to me, so I called them and they told me to take it to a window tint place. The window tint place told me that's just how it looks with my back windows the way they are. Basically, there are air pockets in it, so it looked really bad. What they wound up doing was putting a black strip across the back of car. It's just not what I thought I was getting done; I thought I was getting my windows tinted. Overall I would recommend them. It was just that little hiccup that I was not expecting to have to deal with. more

They told me everything I needed to know. They were all nice to work with. I left that same day with the exact car I wanted. The whole experience was really more than what I could have expected. I was so satisfied with my experience at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. They really know how to create good customer relationships. I hadn't intended on buying a car either! I just brought my other car in for servicing, and when I went to take a look at the new cars, John was very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me around to all of the different models. When I found one that I liked, he let me test drive it. He was a really good and knowledgeable salesman. The one who helped me with my financing was very helpful, as well. The whole staff was great. I was able to take my new CR-V home that same day. They even helped me bring my other car back to my home. A few days later, they called to check up on how I was liking everything. They assured me that if I had any issues or questions, I could just call them up. This is a really great branch to work with. They took care of me. It was such a nice experience. more
