They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

Helpful and easy way to go. 4/29/2013

This was my first time using Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. I had a great salesman who told me about all the different car features and how they work: the miles per gallon, how to connect a cell phone to blue tooth, how to set up radio stations, all the basic things. I went on a test drive and he was very friendly and helpful. When I went through the purchase they were very helpful with the paperwork and made it easy. more

What an easy way to buy a new car. 3/28/2013

We haven't bought a new Honda CRV since 1997 and that was in California, still runs great and we will be keeping it. Buying our 2013 Honda CRV from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda was so much more fun since we have lived in Nevada since 2006. We had David Moore and Dianne McEachern on our side from the beginning. Can't believe how many nice upgrades come on the car that are standard. Reggie walked us through the finacial part explaing as he went. Am happy we got the Lo-jack and clear bra. I love my new Honda CRV. Looking forward to driving it for a very long time. Virginia McGuire more

This is the fourth Honda Pilot we have leased from Bill Pearce and we love it!!! Dudley was our salesperson and he was amazing. In fact we had him last time and we specifically asked for him when we went in again. He makes buying a car so easy and fast. He goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. Professional and courteous 1/18/2013

We have bought three cars from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. They provide professional and courteous service. The only thing I am disappointed with is that I let myself be persuaded to go with a different car when they don't have the car I want. The last time I was there, I wanted a Honda Fit and I was told they did not have it in their inventory and I would have to pay fees to have one delivered. I ended up with a Honda Accord. It's not their fault, it's their job, but next time I want a car and am told I will have to pay additional fees, I will tell them to just call me when they do have it. more

Nice and Professional 1/11/2013

The sales team at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda is good. The service is also good, but I'm a little less than satisfied with the parts department. I have called in to the parts department and they have abruptly told me that they don't have the parts or even told me that the parts don't exist, when I know otherwise. That reminds me, the last time I was there for my 50,000 mile maintenance, I had an appointment and was there with my six-week-old infant for over three hours. The seat heaters were not working and I was told it was a fuse, which I was expecting. There were no surprises until after three-and-a-half hours had gone by, when they told me I needed to have my tires changed. They told me it would take an additional hour. It was something I did not appreciate because tire check is part of the maintenance and they should have noticed that the tires needed to be changed from the beginning. Being there for almost five hours when I had an appointment just made me feel like they were being disrespectful of my time. My sales experience with them was very good though. They are very nice and very professional people. The service is fine, for the most part. more

I bought a used vehicle from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. I had it for about two months and then it needed new tires. I was surprised, since I thought a pre-owned vehicle would last for longer. They had me come in, they drove me to work, and put new tires on for $16. They were very, very helpful and honest when I was there. more

My wife and I were looking to buy a car and we must have looked at almost everything out there. We looked at BMW, Honda, Acura, Hyundai, and Ford automobiles. We have driven just about everything out there. After so much time trying to sell us a car, we finally bought a Civic from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. This wasn't our first rodeo with them. We had previously bought an Accord from them. We went back to them because Arlene is like a friend, and a very good sales person. She kept telling us what a good product the Civic was. And, everyone has to brag about their products, but Arlene actually has one herself. She was able to get us a good product at a good price, and we felt it was the best buy for us. more
