Big O Tires

Great job. They to a ride with me to figure out my steering wheel was shaking and veering to the left. After a short ride they were able to figure it our with some special machine (the only one in the East bay I heard) Then I sat in the office drank fresh coffee (they have one of those instant coffee machines), browsed the internet and wrote this review on their free WiFi internet. From the point when Jack answered the phone it was a great experience. Jack was very helpful in finding the right tires for my husbands vechicle. He went above and beyond customer service. I had a coupon for an alighment to another vendor and to not inconvience me he honored the coupon. I never had to enter the store it was all done over the phone. My husband dropped off his car and was shuttled back home.The over all experience was great and my husband was very happy with the results. We will be back. FYI go to the Big-O website there are some nice coupons. Very happy customer = ) more

I've used Big O Tires in Walnut Creek for several years now. They do a number of things for me. Jack, he will look at your vehicle and give you useful feedback. He'll tell you what you need maintenance wise, but only the necessary things. Some guys will try to milk you, so you spend money on things you don't need, but not Jack. All the mechanics at Big O will talk to you and answer all your questions, and I really like that. They take the time to explain things. Jack will even give me advice about things I can fix myself, to save me money. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes you have to wait when you go in. I don't know how you can avoid it though, since sometimes things just take a while. But I'm a kind of nervous guy and like to get on my way. They will give you a ride though, which is nice. more

Over at Big O Tires Walnut Creek, they were really fast when I took my car in for an oil change and had them service my brakes. They were very good and knowledgeable. I'd definitely go back. more
