The only thing I want to have to do with my car is drive it, so when I need an oil change and tire rotation I take it to Jack at Big O Tires. All I have to do is drop off my car and leave them to it. more

I bought this service packet that pretty much gives you 6 oil changes on average of $17 each... can't beat that pricing and since I buy my tires with them, rotations are included. more

From the point when Jack answered the phone it was a great experience. Jack was very helpful in finding the right tires for my husbands vechicle. He went above and beyond customer service. I had a coupon for an alighment to another vendor and to not inconvience me he honored the coupon. I never had to enter the store it was all done over the phone. My husband dropped off his car and was shuttled back home.The over all experience was great and my husband was very happy with the results. We will be back. FYI go to the Big-O website there are some nice coupons. Very happy customer = ) more

Great job. They took a ride with me to figure out my steering wheel was shaking and veering to the left. After a short ride they were able to figure it our with some special machine (the only one in the East bay I heard) Then I sat in the office drank fresh coffee (they have one of those instant coffee machines), browsed the internet and wrote this review on their free WiFi internet. I might just come in here to get free internet and coffee. When everything was done my truck drove great! \r more

I consider myself a conscientious shopper and wanted to ensure I got the best price. Which I did after much research by shopping around to all the other local tire shops. After my research I printed out everything and brought it in to the guys at Big O to negotiate the best price. Needless to say, they appreciated my research and I was able to get the same deal on line (definite savings $) plus say a few $. Thanks guys for the great service! :) more

I know tires can be expensive and yet another auto related cost, but I want to share a rare experience that makes omebody like myself appreciate an employee that goes above and beyond. After spending over $500 on new tires, I noticed my high mileage VW had unusually warm air blowing through the vents. I figured it had NOTHING to do with my recent new tires or alignment, but I opted to call anyway. SCOTT answered the phone quickly mentioned that it was probably not related, but if I had the time, to bring it by for a quick check. He was kind enough to check things out, check the fluids and fan and basically confirm I'm paranoid and the car is running as fine as it was before. Scott, I hope your boss reads this and understands it's employees like yourself that develop brand loyalty and positive word of mouth. I hope you get a raise! Thanks again. more

I had a great experience here. I blew a tire out on vacation, and came in for a replacement. The staff was VERY friendly (I worked with Matt, the other guys were nice too). The price was competitive, I ended up paying about $25 less per tire (even including that silly California sales tax) than comparable tires from Les Schwab up in Oregon a year prior. The service was fine - the store was hopping busy but I got my two new tires in about 50 minutes. I hadn't even finished my lunch down the street! more

I have found Big O Tires, and especially Scott, to be very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate customers and are very thorough in what they do. Of all the automotive repair shops I have dealt with over the years, I would rate Big O right at the top. It was a pleasure dealing with pros! more
