In the two hours I spent there, I witnessed five women being "upsold," as well as several issues with mistakes on charges. One woman came in for tires, and then was told her car had no oil in it -- even though she just had the oil changed at the dealership. They added oil, only to forget to place the oil cap back on engine, causing warning lights to go off. Another woman said she was told she need some part replaced, and what a coincidence! It was on special. She didn't have the money, so she didn't replace it, but witnessed the service men giving the same story to three other women. Another college girl came in for an oil change and was given a huge list of "problems" with her car. She ended up getting four tires, too. Women seem to be gullible targets at this shop.
