Big Al's Ac Repair has performed regular check-ups and maintenance on my furnace and a/c for years. He took over my system from a now defunct service. Far better service, knowledgeable, professional, to the point and friendly. I appreciate him enough to stay with Big Al's Ac Repair so long as he is the service representative for me. more

Received excellent service today from Big Al's Ac Repair. Al Fredricks showed up and looked at all my electrical issues gave me a fair quote and started work. Even though one of the electrical issues was more then he had bargained for. He handled it and fixed the problem and did not re quote the job. I was very happy with how everything was handled and will sleep better at night know that the previous home owners "electrical work" was fixed by a professional. Thanks Big Al's Ac Repair more

Big Al's Ac Repair arrived at my home exactly when she said she would was very respectful about not tracking dirt through the house. She explained what was going wrong with my a/c unit and why, also the part that was needed to fix it. more
