Great job, very thorough and professional from start to finish 3/12/2012

We had a very good experience after our heater quit working. Ron was here that day to diagnose the problem, and came back later that even to meet with my husband and I to discuss our options. A new heater was in stalled within 2 days. They came up with a good solution to suspend it from rafters as we had some concerns about it being under our tri level house. more

I called Big Air for an estimate, they came, gave me the estimate, and it was competitive, though it was covering slightly different things that the other estimates I had gotten. I got a few more estimates, and then they called me up to followup after I had the other estimates. They came out a second time to go over the differences in the estimates with me, and I went with them. They came and installed the unit the next week and things went well. They had a whole crew out here to do it, and they did a very good job. I haven't used the heater a lot yet, but I hope to use it more this winter. more

Big Air was very good all the way around. They were straightforward, clear, and very good about answering any questions I had. I'm from the mechanical field, so I have some fundamental knowledge, and they were spot on. Every question I had was never much of a challenge for them. They were very good. more

Mike, the owner of Big Air Heating & Air Conditioning was very honest. He told you what you needed and no more, no less! A lot of other companies try to get you things you don't need, and you don't know this because you're a consumer. Mike's honesty was very forthright. He was not in a hurry to do the job, in that he came when I was ready so I wouldn't feel rushed or pressured. I recommend getting other prices and opinions first, and we were more educated before using Big Air. We thought Big Air Heating & Air Conditioning was the best out of the six companies we interviewed, and Mike's company seemed to be the most honest and reputable. Big Air replaced a heater and installed an air conditioning unit for us. They know their business! more

new heating and air system 10/3/2011

I was completely taken back when I saw the finished product. It was smaller, and much more effective at heating and cooling the house. The dowel duct dampners and second thermastat upstairs were very very sugestions to make the house run more effective. You preformed above expactions !!! I also feel that the work was done for a very good price. more

Big Air Heating & Air Conditioning did a great, professional job in my home. They installed a new furnace and heater/air conditioner, and everything is running like a champ. It looks way better than the old units I had. They did fantastic work--the sheet metal in particular was beautiful. Big Air's prices were right, and they were very upfront as to what was needed. They cleaned up well, and even did an excellent job minimizing the mess in the first place. They are an excellent company, and I would use them again. more

We had Big Air come in and first do an inspection on a house we were going to buy. We followed that up by having them come and do a dual zone air conditioner for the house we bought. After that we had them come out and do some repairs. All in all, they have done three separate things for us, and all have been excellent. more
